The JETPAC has been carefully designed to increase productivity of mise en place and efficiency in service.
Follow these four rules to ensure you get the best results from your JETPAC.
Final Checks
One
Ensure the JETPAC is on a gastro tray and completely flat before pouring your mix into the mould.
This is to avoid spillages when transferring the JETPAC to the freezer.
Three
Ensure the mix is frozen solid before you push it out of the mould.
Two
For best results, fill your JETPAC to the very top to maximise the quantity being produced.
Four
Once the contents have been removed from mould, the mix can be transferred straight into the beaker, or be vacuum sealed and stored.
Now you're ready for service!
